How much does Hivra cost?
The software is free to self-host. If you'd rather have Hivra run the computer for you, paid plans are $9.99 a month for 2 vCPU and 4 GB of RAM, or $19.99 a month for 4 vCPU and 8 GB of RAM.
Can I self-host Hivra for free?
Yes. Hivra is open source at github.com/ashneil12/hivra, so you can run it yourself. You bring the server and pay for it, and you cover your AI usage too.
Is a hosted computer paused when I'm not using it?
No. A paid plan stays on and isn't paused for inactivity. The computer keeps its files, sessions and login.
Can I use my own AI key or login?
Yes. Bring your own AI key, or sign in with your own account for Claude Code and Codex. Your AI company bills you for what you use.
