Do I need a VPS?
No. Hivra handles all the infrastructure for you — no servers, SSH, or Linux required.
Do I need technical experience?
No. If you can use a website, you can use Hivra. Choose an agent, connect your key, and launch.
What agents are available?
Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, Aeon, OpenClaw, and Agent Zero are all live today, with new agents added regularly.
How much does it cost to run an AI agent 24/7?

Does my agent keep running when I close my laptop?
Yes, on paid plans. Your agent runs on its own cloud machine, not your laptop, so it keeps working after you log off. On the free tier the machine sleeps after 4 idle days and wakes when you come back.
Can I use my Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT subscription instead of an API key?
Yes. Claude Code and Codex are the official, unmodified CLIs. You sign in with your own Claude or ChatGPT account inside the box, the same way you would on your laptop. Hivra never sees your credentials and adds zero markup on AI usage.
Is this the official Claude Code and Codex CLI?
Yes. Hivra runs the official CLIs from Anthropic and OpenAI, unmodified, on a private VM. Hivra is an independent hosting service and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or OpenAI.
Is my API key safe?
Yes. API keys are encrypted at rest, injected at launch via environment variables, and we never proxy or log your AI requests. If you sign in with a Claude or ChatGPT subscription instead, the login happens inside your box and Hivra never sees or stores your credentials.
Do I need $HermesOS to use it?
No. The free tier doesn't require it, and Pro and Power can be paid with a card. $HermesOS just gives you discounts and a third way to pay if you want it.
What happened to HermesOS?
Hivra is the new home of HermesOS (Hermes OS). The platform expanded beyond a single agent ecosystem, so the name changed. Existing deployments, accounts, and $HermesOS continue to operate normally.
